The FBHVC (Federation of British Historic Vehicle Clubs) is conducting a survey on the Dept For Transports proposals to exempt pre 1960 vehicles from the annal MoT. The DfT's default position is to accept this which means we lose a valuable argument about the continuing safety of our cars.
